Serving Patients Since 2020
Nestled in the Cotswold with my family and our very cheeky labrador. Resides Natasha England Psychotherapy. My journey into therapy started over twelve years ago when I took the role as a mental health recovery worker. This involved working with clients transitioning from psychiatric wards into their homes and community. This was an amazing opportunity to work with some truly wonderful clients and engage in different therapy such as art therapy and Act to help maintain all of their hard work completed on the wards.
This inspired me to progress with my passion for therapy and I rushed back to university to gain my qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and more recently EMDR.
I have worked within the NHS for a significant amount of time providing CBT to patients with mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders.
I have been so privileged to work with some exceptional psychologists and therapist, involved in creating the CBT interventions and protocols we all use in practice.
My main passion apart from house plants! Is perinatal mental health, as I feel that it is key to ensuring we have both a happy mum and baby! I am currently working on some face to face group work to explore the process of Matrescence.
